Sales Associate
Responsible to greet customers in person and over the phone, must have strong communication skills. Represent the companies products and services with good attitude to communicate with retail customers. Selling brands of Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Kymco scooters, Zero Motorcycles, Giant - Liv - Momentum E-bikes & pedal bikes. Must be a team player. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annually sales goals. Be able to contribute ideas for marketing strategies and implementation. Must have quick problem solving skills in retail.

Parts & Accessories Associate
Responsible to assist customers over the counter, enjoy talking to customers in person at store, by phone or internet in a professional manner. Parts lookup and accessory sales and cashiering. Assist the sales floor with up selling accessory packages on units. Be able to keep stock of quick turn items, identify, and help with orders.

Service Writer
Responsible for excellent communication between customers and technicians. Maintain great customer service in assisting the customer's needs, along with multi-tasking, able to resolve problems, and stay up to date with customer machine entry.
- Valid driver's license.

- Maintaining our reputation of integrity, honesty, trust and excellent service
- Scheduling appointments
- Initiating motor sports service and repairs by listening to descriptions of symptoms, and concerns from customers, clarifying descriptions so that the technician will diagnose problems correctly
- Developing estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
- Obtaining customer's approval on estimates, and expected return time of vehicle
- Checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining factory recommended service schedules

Technician
Cities Edge is currently seeking full-time technicians. We are looking for a Master Certified Technician and an Apprentice Technician. We sell full line of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Zero Electric Motorcycles, Kymco Scooters, along with Yamaha and Kawasaki PWC. We retail quality OEM products and are committed to providing quality experience to every customer.
Technicians are responsible for set up's and providing technical support to all Motorsports. This position requires self motivation and patience with paying attention to detail to ensure positive results for the dealership's goals and values along with the customers needs. Able to perform routine maintenance and repairs with good mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
- Must be familiar with motorcycles and all power sports.
- Must have own tools.
